We sell high quality chicken, pork and beef! On any given day stock levels will vary but we receive shipments multiple times a week to ensure we’re never out of anything for too long! If you would like something custom like a whole ribeye roll or a specific thickness on your pork steaks… no problem, let us know and we’ll make it happen!

Our current offerings: 
Fresh and frozen grain fed prime beef from Ruth Family Farms out of Downing, Missouri. The marbling is out of this world! 

 

Allegiance Duroc Pork: STL spare ribs, tenderloins, marinated chops, porterhouse steaks, 2″ thick pork steaks, shoulder (butts) and belly.

 

Marble Ridge Farms Wagyu Beef: Brisket, tri-tip, thor’s hammer, tomahawk, denver, filet mignon, strip, ribeye, burgers, hot dogs and sausages. Marble Ridge Farms also has Mangalista Pork: Spare ribs, pork loin, cured bacon, chops, steaks and more!
