ThermoWorks Dot Alarm

Dot is engineered to do one thing in the most simple and accurate way as possible. Set your target temperature, insert the probe into your food and wait for DOT to beep when it arrives at that set temperature. The included 4" probe reads temperatures up to 572 degrees farenheit and is capable of withstanding 700 degrees farenheit for broiling or grilling.
