It holds whole turkeys up to 25 lbs, up to 4 whole chickens, several pork shoulders and up to 20 large fish fillets! Designed to fit nicely into a standard size cooler and packed in ice if you are short on fridge space.

You will also receive a recipe and instructions with standard brine quantities and soaking times for several meat types and sizes. Made of high quality food grade plastic in the USA. Measures 15.75" tall and 12.50" in diameter.
