Plowboys Bovine Bold Rub 12 oz

Originally developed as a beef rub, it’s amazing on pork, chicken, or even fish. It starts with a pop of sweet from the brown sugar, mellows with a hint of celery salt, and finishes with just a touch of heat.

During the 14 months of development, brisket was the only meat used.  It wasn't until after the final concoction was decided that Plowboys started experimenting with it on ground beef - meat loaf, tacos, and especially Sheppard's pie.
Bonus: some argue Bolognese is Bovine Bold's ultimate calling... A little ground beef, veal, tomato and Bovine Bold rub makes an excellent dish.

Ingredients: Salt, brown sugar, spices included black pepper, chili powder, paprika, dehydrated garlic and onion, Worcestershire powder, sugar, disodium inosinate and guanylate, turmeric, oregano, extractives of paprika and not more than 2% calcium stearate added to prevent caking. Contains sulfiting agents. MSG Free.
