These pans are 22" long to fit any cut of meat, they are 2 1/2 inches deep as well so there is plenty of room to retain juices from the meat. They are designed to fit all Humphrey's Smoker models except for the half pint and they will fit in any G2 model by Backwoods. Ideal for cooking different types of meat at one time in large quantities.
