A South-of-the-Border standby, Carne Asada literally means "grilled meat." It's traditionally made with beef flanks, but our 8 Second Ride Carne Asada is a great all-around seasoning for steaks, pork chops, beef and pork roasts, seafood, buffalo, shrimp, soups, pizza, pasta, vegetables, added to fried chicken batter or adding a kick to just about any Southwestern or Mexican recipe… when ever and where ever you want to take your tastebuds for a wild ride!
