Was looking forward to trying this rub. Arrived little late due to bad weather delays. Opened and tasted. Overwhelming lime/citrus hit. Not detecting any jalapeño flavor. Upon further review this was bottled in February of 2022. Delivered in January 2025. Product 3 years old. So not sure if this is what Big Poppa wanted for flavor profile or if it has changed over years. No one wants to discuss it with me so I suppose I’ll stick with Malcolm, Heath Riles, Meat Church, Heavy Smoke, etc.
